A small number of these people unfortunately do have a personal vendetta towards the owners for things not related to this business and the services provided. Google refuses to remove their content even after proving the non-validity of the review.People using this form of media to belittle the company and taking advantage of them not being able to rectify the issue (if there ever was one!) - is very disappointing, weak and sad. I just spent a season up at Hotham/Dinner Plain and caught the bus most days. Staff were fantastic, patient with the crowds, and the service worked really well. Well done folks.

Just spent 2 weeks on a fantastic tour with Alpine Spirit High Country Coaches. Lots of time spent in the comfortable and clean coach, and our driver couldn't have been more personable, helpful and reliable. I travelled with Alpine Spirit to Canberra from Melbourne for my son’s grade 6 camp this past week. Our driver, Linda, was outstanding. She gave us advice on good spots to stop along the way, gave us valuable information about the various tourist and educational activities we visited along the way, all while driving us safely and entertaining the kids and the adults with her commentary and jokes. The coach itself was clean, comfortable and quiet - one of the teachers with us, a veteran teacher with years of camps and excursions under his belt, even commented that it was the best coach he had travelled on. The experience was so great that I feel bad that I forgot to say good bye to Linda and thank her again for her help and for the journey when we arrived back at school after our long drive. So thank you Linda, farewell and travel safe, you were a highlight of our Canberra camp experience.

Chris and his team of bus drivers provide a fantastic service to attendees at Mt Hotham snow resort. Every bus driver does their best to ensure snow goers get safely on the runs and back to their cars at the end of the day. They always provide friendly service and good chats. Chris was the saviour of our most recent trip when our car battery ran flat and gave us a jump start so we could get back on the road and home to Melbourne.

Alpine Spirit Tours deliver exceptional service with a genuine & professional approach to their passengers. We had the pleasure of Ryan being our coach driver who was outstanding. Very competent driver, communicated with us throughout our journey. He was a very smooth driver & had a great attitude to his job & a real respect for Alpine Spirit Tours. Alpine Spirit Coaches helped us transport around 50 staff from Melbourne to Bright and back home again as part of a work retreat. Nadina was super responsive and accommodating, and paid close attention to our itinerary and needs. Our drivers Merv, Linda, and Jeff were amazing and made the journey so enjoyable for us.
