Great experience! Dr Hasina is lovely and so kind. It's very rare to find a dr that's understanding and listens. Max time I've had to wait is 20 minutes. Definitely recommend this practice.

If I could rate this place no stars I would.The female doctor here is the most useless doctor I have ever come across. I have seen her 3 times and every time I walk out of there so angry. I don’t see the doctors much because there are no good ones in this area and I have 2 kids to drag along, so when I do go I’m pretty bloody sick! And every time she tells me to take Panadol….DO NOT SEE DR HASINA DEWAN ITS A WASTE OF TIME!

I have never felt so disgusted walking out of a doctors surgery in my life. The female doctor is despicable, and the gentleman that was in her place in her office yesterday 19/03/2023. Both refuse you help. Both look down on you like you’re just there for medications for yourself when you have a child who is clearly sick! I’m absolutely disappointed they’re still there. It feels like a big money grab for them.I was there yesterday as my son suffers from croup quite often. I’ve called the ambulance in the past as my son gets the stridor part of croup as he did the other night, they’ve always administered redipred and said I can get a script from the doctor to have on hand for when it gets this bad again, as I’ve called so often. I had a little bit of medicine left for him, and went to the doctors to get more for when he needs it. The doctor I dealt with, spoke down to me, and only gave me the script because he is “believing” what I’m saying to be true this once. As he looked him over and was deemed “fine” until he heard the cough ? Then proceeded to tell me I shouldn’t be giving him the type of medication I’m after. How dare you! Sure hope you read this too. You and the female doctor should not be working there. All these reviews and no changes? It only sucks you’re the only ones who bulk bill atm otherwise I would 100% go else where.

The receptionist Julie is the only good thing about this place. The male doctor is nice and thorough however the female doctor is the rudest doctor I have ever come across. First experience with her I thought she maybe having a bad day and gave her the benefit of the doubt , had another consultation and she was worse. I transferred my files there at the beginning of December 2021 and she claimed they still haven’t received them even though my previous surgery had confirmed they were sent and this hindered her continuing with my medication. I might add that they have my medication summary from the hospital. I have breast cancer and wanted to find myself a good female doctor. I should have listened to the reviews.

By far the worst experience I've had at a Doctors clinic. The female practitioner has no manners and is very rude. She has such a careless attitude and definitely needs to act better towards her patients.

This clinic has taken care of me since I was diagnosed with Breast cancer end of 2021. Both doctors were pleasant enough, they did necessary testings. The wait is never ridiculous and the administration are nice. Even when I’m unwell I put on a kind face and I’m well received every time. They see sick and frustrated patients all day long so be nice.

The female doctor is so rude and unhelpful. Didn’t listen to me at all and I left feeling very anxious. The receptionist is absolutely lovely though and I hope others don’t experience this doctors rudeness.

Have walked out of the doctors twice now crying, receptionist is lovely but the female doctor has made me feel so small & does not care to listen at all. Taking Panadol for the rest of my life was her suggestion along with nobody can help you… I have never felt so much anger towards somebody who is supposedly here to help.

Both Dr Dewan's at this clinic are great. They are very caring and patient and willing to take the time to investigate and understand, and then treat accordingly what is going on, especially when you have some less common medical conditions. They are very supportive with referring you for tests and specialists appointments as well. The receptionist, nurses and pathology in this clinic are also really caring and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this clinic.
