Libby Thompson from PRD has been extremely helpful in dealing with issues which have arisen from the management our rental property. She is very knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to help us deal with any problems that occur from time to time with managing a rental problem. She is courteous, prompt and efficient and always listens to our concerns and queries. Her attention to detail is second to none.

We have had great experience with PRD Penrith and particularly our property manager Michelle. With multiple properties and endless changes and minor works being required as both properties, Michelle is always available to answer our e-mails and to find solutions to our questions. The worse experience with realeaste agent. The agent terminated my lease just because I want to arrange a different date for inspection. They do not think about tenants and do not protect tenants right at all. My property manage Libby Thompson is a very rude lady. She sents me threaten emails at the end of the lease. I do not recommend this agent at all.
