I went at 3.45 on a Sunday to choose a ring. Their hours say until 4pm on a Sunday. The doors were locked and there were 2 ladies in the store staring at me. Instead of opening up they continued to stare even though they were supposed to still be open

Very disappointing service. Mine was an insurance claim where Michael hill were given a voucher of just under $5000 for me to spend. I asked them to let me view two particular items wich were available on line but not in their shop. They said they would get them in for me to look at - three weeks ago and no word. I have rung and left messages - no response! Slack! I had to put one star!

Everytime we walk into micheal hill hastings we usually get looked up & down and ignored thats what we experienced on friday afternoon the lady had no time of day for us told me they had no stock ( when i seen the necklace on display lol ) & went on helping a fulla for 10 minutes that didn't even buy anything lol. So me & my partner went to micheal hill napier on saturday & wow !!!! We were greeted by a lovely lady & acknowledged & then Sharlei came over helped my partner & IShe was lovely, kind & went over and beyond for us making sure I had the perfect fit chain, showed us options & treated us like human beings.
