Amazing bread and more. Gluten free sourdough. That’s interesting. I bought items at Farm Gate Markets on Sunday.I asked the nice couple how long have they been baking? The husband said: All night and the wife said: 8 years.Visiting from Sydney (oldest city) so I’ll just have to come back to Hobart (second oldest city) to enjoy more baked delights from Trouble Bakery.

I’ve always had a super positive experience at trouble bakers. I’d previously sampled croissants, Portuguese tarts and focaccia. All absolutely delicious! Well, today was donut day. My son and I purchased a jam donut and a chocolate donut. Oh. My. Gosh. I died and went to donut heaven. They were melt in your mouth soft and the fillings were amazing! Highly recommend!!! I also purchased a loaf of country style sourdough to go with tonight’s vegetable soup, and I can’t wait to give it a try!

Absolutely amazing pastries and bread. The donuts are the best around. So glad I found this place. I make excuses to go to Kingston now so I can drop by.

I tried their products on Saturday Salamanca market and Sunday Farmgate market. Sourdough breads were lovely, and they had a unique one with miso and seaweeds which I enjoyed!

Bread are absolutely delicious but pies are disappointing we bought a meat pie and paid$8.50 and was just veggies. A real rip off.

We’re so lucky to live so close to Trouble Bakers and look forward to our Friday morning pastry. The danishes, croissants, doughnuts, pies and bread are delicious (so - everything!). The olive loaf is my favourite.
