I would give zero stars if it was possible.I was driving my car and was hit from behind by a man insured by WFI. They had my car in a towing company's holding yard for 10 weeks before they even bothered to go and look at it.I need a ute for work, so it was a huge inconvenience and cost me literally hundreds of dollars just to have a ute in the meantime.The lady who called to give me my payout figure was, to put it nicely, a truly horrible and discourtious person with no consideration for my situation and zero respect for the fact that I was not at fault.Also, they were told by the towing comoany that they would be charged $65p/d for storing the vehicle. When it came time to pay up they simply refused to do so.I would strongly recommend staying as far away from this company, or anyone insured by this comany as you can at all times.

WFI and Coles car insurance are run by useless criminals in suits. I don't recommend using them at all.
