Wouldn’t even give 1 star if I could. Absolutely ridiculous. I booked for them to fix an issue in my car at 2. The mechanic was starting to get late so I called the company and they said they’d message him and see where he was at. Didn’t get back to me. Called at 2:45, and they once again said they’d find out where he was at. 2:55 I get a call back saying the mechanic didn’t want to do the job, and nothing else could be done. I wasted an hour waiting around for them only to find out they couldn’t be bothered. Insanely bad experience, never again.
