Sue and Herculinewere managing my daughters settlement and I cannot say anything other than they were grossly incompetent. Sue promised the world and delivered nothing.We had numerous meetings with her regarding her lack of communication and contradictions ( or lies )We  thought we had addressed these  issues and left the meetings  feeling like she had heard our concerns, which was clearly not the case. .At a time like this you would hope to have someone competent and transparent in your corner, WHICH SHE WAS NOT.Sue could of quite possibly been working for the other party.My advice is RUN A MILE.Find another law firm.If I could give a zero rating I would.From the beginning to the end there were many lies and contradictions .It was an horrendous experience from  start to finish.Unfortunatly I should of read the reviews.I will be seeking independent advise on the handling of my daughters settlement

Very professional and very helpful lawyer group Lisa from HHG legal group was very good to work with not to expensive and gets the job done to a high standard would recommend anytime and if need be will always be the group I go to or refere people to go to

Very disappointed with the Service from Sue and Herculine from HHG Legal with family Law.The lack of communication is their main problem. No customer service. The only time you hear from them quickly is when you recieve an invoice. Everything Sue said she did not deliver. Affidavits had to be sent back on numerous occassions because of spelling errors and incorrect information written. Sue was not even present for a court date. I was never told until the morning of court that she wouldn't be present. So I had to pay for another barrister outside of the firm to represent me and also pay the staff at HHG Legal during the court appearances. I should've only had to pay one firm instead of 2. I was also left with very short notice to file paperwork for affidavits. The morning of having to get an affidavit filed, I had to attened the office to get a certified signature. I was at work and had to take time off work to meet the deadline of the afternoon. Once arriving at the office to sign, I was told that there were no lawyers present to witness my signature in the office. I was then made to driveanother 5 minutes away to another Legal firm to get my affidavit signed by another lawyer. It's been a huge stuff around with this company and I am extremely unhappy with the service provided. I was forever calling up to ask if they had recieved emails or information. Also once I sent information for my affidavit, to have them call me saying they lost my email and if I didn't send it and get it signed by that afternoon them I would miss the court date. Luckily the other party filed theirs first.

My partner Corey & I run and own Caravan King in Mandurah and we have used HHG Legal now twice for our legal requirements and I cannot speak of the organisation highly enough.We have worked closely with both Anne & Lauren however, even the reception staff are wonderful.We won't use anyone else now and I cannot rave enough about our positive experience. After speaking with a lawyer at HHG about an appeal and very clearly advising him I only had a budget of $1000 to see if it it was worth pursuing, I was advised that after talking to a few colleagues that he felt I wouldn’t be successful in my appeal. So I said no worries.When I asked what was left over of the $1000 in the trust fund I was shocked to learn it had been used in it’s entirety. but wait there is more… yes.. another $265 is required.( what for Im not sure) so almost $1300 to see if he felt it was worth appealing my sentence.Waste of time and money, but Sam the lovely receptionist is gorgeous.Steph G
