Great op shop with interesting pieces. I bought some lovely interesting glasses, and kitchenware. They have lots of Christmas themed decorations and toys. Well laid out with colour coordinated items shelved together.

Great range of items, including framed prints and paintings. Most of their clothes are in good quality with high street brands. I got few pieces that I could enjoy. Awesome visit!

Utterly disgusted in shop, yesterday I was chased up the street being accused of stealing my own Dior Tote bag, silly woman thought it belonged to shop, i have been a great customer for 20 + years, new manager & new volunteers have absolutely no clue ! Just hope no-one else gets treated like I did, if you accuse someone of theft you want to be 100% CERTAIN ! Will never ever go in this shop again, over priced mess of a shop !!!!!

Lovely staff, well stocked but prices have turned us away. Not charity shop prices but recycled designer prices even on labels that are not considered designer. Would love to patronise but will look elsewhere.

Very rude customer service the Asian lady knows there was a line waiting to be serviced and yet some rude lady walk up and got served in front off all of us waiting in line just rude people the Asian lady should have not served them should have told the rude lady’s to wait there turn not to mention store management trying to say there was no lady staff member on at that time by the way thanks for the free stuff your welcome

It was very disappointing to walk into this Vinnies store with my mothers clothes, whom has just passed away, and be greeted by the woman with long grey hair who rolled her eyes at the sight of me and then made, what could only be assumed, as a derogatory comment to her colleague who then also gave me a look. If it wasn't hard enough to depart with my mother's beautiful clothing, you certainly made it even harder. Where are the Christian values here? My mother volunteered for Catholic services for much of her life and she was always kind and left people feeling dignified. Maybe you could learn a lesson from her about how to treat people.
