The lady behind the desk showed an inappropriate behaviour with us, as she insisted on having a driving license for pick up. However, she didn't accept any other identity cards rather than driving license, the issue that was not mentioned by the courier. However, after contacting with the courier, and on the next day, she accepted to give the parcel. I think that was not a good experience for me!!!!

Is a registered parcel point, however too lazy to accept parcels saying its parcel points fault that she can't see my parcel on her app/computer.Why do u need to see my name? Every other parcel point I've been to has asked for the Barcode provided amazon has given.Could be true that she can't help, but the way I was rejected help just seemed like she was lazy instead of wanting to serve me.And if it was truly parcel points or Amazon's fault, why aren't you as a business communicating with them so that there are no issues?

Great service, very clean warehouse in Clayton, and great instructions regarding entrance, exit and expectations. Only giving 4 stars because it is expensive but we chose it because of its great location for our needs.

the site manager is the king, and the head office can not do anything about it. says first two months half price, but when i ask, the manager very rude, says on condition, even i have 5 to 6 unit, only give one half price, the rest no discount, complaint to head office, they say have to dicsuss with the branch manager, which is the boss, i do not understand how this company works.

We used this to store our caravan and it was broken into and the door damaged. We weren’t told until a month later and nothing was done about it. My opinion is don’t ever use national storage as a company. I can’t trust them
