Charged for medication we didn't receive, not charged for one that we got and had other people's scripts put in our bag. Not good service. Won't be coming back.

I've been ringing the Melton contact number before 5pm yesterday & now since 9am 25th Nov as I dropped something from the chemist there but no one will answer the phone it's response is saying the message bank is full.Is anyone awake today?

I honestly think Steve’s the best pharmacist and one of the best medical professionals out there!Always up for a little chat even if he’s super busy, giving precise advice and asking your well being.His team is another “big positive “. Always happy to help and making sure they provide the best experience to any customer just checking in or having a script. I have hardly come across pharmacy employees as really helpful in Melbourne to be honest (some are stressed with too much work and others simply don’t care).But this bunch genuinely cares..Keep doing what you’re doing and wishing you the best, always!
