Very happy with Doc Martin, he's a champion. Also, Sarah on the front desk has provided the very best customer service for us, I've spoken with her on numerous occasions, sometimes to get some urgent help. She's efficient, kind and has always sorted out our needs in good time and with a cheerful attitude. Overall, a top team!

One of the worst customer service by the receptionist . I couldn't able to see the doctor after waiting for a long time. When I ask them they don't have nothing to explain and I ask them to cancel our appointment then without any apologise one of the receptionist just move her hand showing get out us. We wait almost one and half hour.

My son does not attend this clinic anymore since we, along with another patient, witnessed two staff loudly gossiping about a patient and their carer, for about three minutes. They did not seem to care less that patients could hear every derogatory word, nor that patients had their phone in their hands, videoing this unprofessional conduct.In regards to your reply, your spelling and grammar is also unprofessional. I count three errors.I would like to note that it is not my feeling" that your staff were unprofessional
