Most retailers care about their customers not this one.I First paid her for a headboard but it wasn’t even available. I then used that payment to Buy 2 chairs ($1200 each retail) which weren’t suitable/comfortable I had only seen on internet as not in any stores locally. Couldn’t view because of covid.They are still in the box. I wanted to buy another $10000 worth of their furniture but she wouldn’t do anything about providing me an exchange or credit.!Her response was “they are popular - sell them” OMG!

Exceptional customer service. After making a purchase online I was accidentally sent the incorrect item. I called the store and they did everything possible to have the correct item sent to me immediately. Thank you Nikki for making every effort to make for a great outcome. Super happy with purchase.

I absolutely love this shop. Beautiful homewares, reasonably priced and great staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they're so lovely. I'll be back again and again, highly recommend!

Finding Emporium of James has made my life so easy, the staff are so helpful and I have been able to find all the furnishings and homewares I needed in one place. When you are redecorating after a reno you appreciate such great service. Finding fantastic gifts for friends has also been a added bonus. : ) Well worth a visit

The whole store is so thoughtful and considered in its approach. Such gorgeous pieces and a wonderful team to compliment them. If you can’t get there in person their website and delivery service is great. I love my Rudie Nudie bath mat.
