I recently met Lisa the ceo specialist from laser skin aesthetic. She is a regular shopper at place where I work. She handed me her business cards and ask me to see free consultation. I suffer from major cystic acne and inflammation scars .I had been to other clinic nothing works infact my acne become worse. So I decided to take Lisa free consultation. She was very professional and knowledgeable and very caring. She diagnosed what's happen to my skin and put together a treatment package to cure my acne and scarsMy skin improved dramatically which I still cannot believe I finally have clear healthy skin.My scar is now gone , My scar is gone . This company runs a scam on Groupon. They sell a service and then never answers the phone or their email when you try to book an appointment. We tried for a month to reach them. Never return phone calls or responded to voicemails. Then next thing they issue the groupon as “redeemed”. We reported them to Groupon, but the customer care call centre at Groupon is pretty appalling. Our money was stolen with no ramification for this scammer.Adding based on your response: I have left about 5 voice messages, and 3 emails which you have not responded to. You have also changed the Groupon to “Redeemed” which is fraud. We have not used the groupon because we have not been able to get HOLD of this salon. So if you want to reach me just go check your emails. You have effectively stolen from us, and I will report you to the police.

I bought the 2 hour special on Groupon for myself and my mother. We both really enjoyed the session. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and inviting. My only suggestion is when other staff members come in to watch/learn, it's good practice to ask for the customers consent prior. I was quite surprised to see another person watching, when I turned onto my back. As I hadn't heard someone come in or was asked if I was okay with someone watching.

Mum and I have been coming here for about a year and love the facials, as-well as all the essential oils that Lisa has to offer! They smell amazing and make my skin feel rejuvenated :)
