Happy to sell extended warranty which will only get you Factory Seconds, not what you paid for, nor were promised by sales staff.Purchased a Breville Dual Boiler and under advisement purchased the extended warranty. Glad I did as the grinder stopped working after 16 months. Took it to an authorized repair shop and they had to order me a 'new' grinder. After 8 weeks and numerous phone calls on my behalf I finally received my replacement grinder...The box has been crushed and torn on the side, and there is a bright green sticker proclaiming that the product is a Factory Second.Now I'm not even game to open it in case it is already damaged and I get the blame for it.Terrible customer service from Breville and Harvey Norman.Harvey Norman - if the manufacturers you do business with treat your customers this way, it ends up being a reflection on you.Simply not good enough.

A classic Harveys store. Sure the guys are on commission, but they genuinely want happy customers, and they can handle a bit of strong arming.

Love this store. The staff are so helpful and the quality of furnishings is tops! Highly recommend them for all your furniture needs

Really disappointed with the service we received from Harvey Norman Joondalup. The fridge we ordered was not in stock but we were advised that it could be transferred to the Joondalup store by the date we needed it (the following weekend). We confirmed with the sales team numerous times that the fridge would arrive in time as we had hired a truck that day and were moving into our new house. We arrived at the warehouse to collect the item as planned only to be told that the item was not there as it was still in Armadale. We were offered free delivery however this has been difficult to arrange as my partner and I work full-time and this has resulted in us being without a fridge for 5/6 days. If the team couldn’t guarantee the product would be there on time then they should not make promises as we would have shopped elsewhere to find a store which had the fridge in stock. We received no apology from the sales person who made the promise when we spoke to him after this issue occurred.

Frustrating experience buying a new samsung and connecting to optus (as per deal offered by Harvey Norman). 5 days later and multiple daily calls to the store always getting told its being sorted right now

Bought a laptop from the Joondalup branch. Hannah was really helpful, informative, and patient, since I’m not great with computers. Wasn’t a pushy salesperson, just gave genuine advice and excellent customer service! Hannah also gave us help the following day when I called for assistance with the set up and cashback offer. I've made a Complaint to the ACCC that your selling Smart TV's without access to the most common Australian apps like 7plus and 9now and your Manager stated that the Smart TV should not be expected to provide any Australian free to air Apps (complete garbage). Absolutely ridiculous that you would not offer a refund to an unsuspecting customer who even actually made the effort to ask if the TV operating system had any drawbacks. I will be making a complaint to Consumer affairs too. Its not a Manufacturers responsibility to Authorize a refund and leaving it up too Hisense is also a breach of consumer law. The TV was still in brand new condition with only the accessory bags opened.

I purchased a TV from HN Joondalup, pick up was easy. I had a problem with the TV. I send an email on Sunday, Luca called within 1 hour, he advised would follow up with Samsung and call back the next day with a solution which he did. It was the best Service we have experienced in a long time. Luca couldn't be more helpful. Thanks
