Our girl has had quite a few stays at Fido and Felix at Gumdale. As soon as we pull up she knows where we are and gets so excited! No complaints, David always tells us how happy she is there on pick up and occasionally she has even had a wash. Would definitely recommend, very reasonable price.

The care they had for my 10yr old German Shepherd (my furbaby) was exceptional, sometimes she doesn't like eating alone so they sat there & comforted her & made sure she ate all of her food & treats, I picked her up & she smelt beautiful & very happy. Definitely my go to from now. I highly recommend them.

Took my 8.5month pup,for first time away from us.was well cared for took back weekend after she was happy to go back, will definitely let her stay again

I've never had to kennel my dogs before but circumstances changed and I needed to find a kennel. I chose Fido and Felix and I'm so glad I did. I have sent my dogs 3 times in 6 months. The staff are really attentive and love animals. My 2 always come back washed and really happy. At the pickup area I always wonder who they would prefer to go with... and sometimes I think they'd prefer to stay!!! I'm so happy I found such a great facility and people to care for my doggos.

When we collected our dogs after 17 days they were in high spirits and had clearly been well fed, very well treated and cared for. We cannot recommend Fido and Felix highly enough. We will most definitely become regular customers.

We have been boarding our working dog at Fido & Felix for over 5 years and have always received a warm professional welcome from David and his staff. David looks after our dog like he was his own and remembers every dog/cat, client and any needs no matter how long it's been between stays. I can always trust our pup is in good hands and will continue to use Fido & Felix for all of out kennelling needs.

We have used Dave and Staff a few times now for our Staffy.We are extremely happy, no problems at all. Fur baby comes out happy and excited. Always washed down like service states.Very highly recommend by us and a few friends.Thank you Dave and Staff, for looking after our fur baby Jetta.

Left my staffy Luna here for over 3 weeks, she came back happy and healthy, had a bath prior to coming home and smelt lovely. Kimberley seemed to really love having Luna stay which was nice to hear. Will definitely leave Luna in the future. Thank you very much.
