A truly professional experience.Maddy was patient with my questions and answered all of them. She also went above and beyond when I realised I had chosen the wrong format for the currency exchange. She corrected my mistakes and I was on my way very quickly.

The Travelex website does say that you get better rates online BUT it does not say anywhere on the website what the difference in rates is, i.e. buying online vs. buying direct at the Travelex store.I could accept a 4 - 5% difference but, 16 - 17% difference is a rip-off.Kotara store charged me $AUD 70.00 more to buy at the store vs. buying online.Planning some extensive overseas travel in the coming years but will certainly not be using Travelex to source any overseas currencies.

Don't buy your currency here. Was penalised A$55 for buying in store compared with online rate. You should order online through Australia Post and pick up instore. Travelex a RIP OFF

Today I went to Kotara to collect my money card for our upcoming trip. Kim was outstanding with her help and support. Very happy once again with Travelex.Now if only topping up my card was as easy. I find even logging on a mission.

I went to this kiosk around 4 times in the last week and the service was very good. Line up was long but it didn't take too long to get served.
