Always a pleasure dealing with Eli from Koala. We have purchased 3 containers over the last few months from him, he communicates well, does what he says and the containers are as described. Shoutout to their delivery team too, they did a great job in positioning the containers. Since our first container I've referred them to two of my friends now and they've given positive feedback too. Highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a shipping container!

This container was delivered as described - no nasty surprises. Excellent communication throughout the process (ordering through to post delivery). Eli was very courteous, honest and helpful, Rowan (the delivery guy) was a friendly problem-solver. A really nice experience no pressure no stress cost effective. Very Highly Recommended. Thank you.

Extremely helpful staff, Eli was very informative and helpful from the start to the end. Outstanding service, I would highly recommend buying from Koala Containers. I purchased a new 40 foot shipping container, condition was even better than I expected and the driver was amazing!
