I've been taking my car to Harry and team for general service and maintenance for the past 10 years. Harry is very professional, very knowledgeable and always does a good job. I recommend Harry and his team at Reliance Auto Centre.

Took my car in at 830am for a pink slip safety check which in the past at other places has taken no more than 45 mins to an hour.They insisted on keeping the vehicle for the whole day until 530.Refused to provide an approximate time frame for the vehicle to be picked up despite a follow up phone call and a request to get it done before 3pm to accommodate school pickups.Rude and condescending customer service as well.What should have been a simple and painless experience ended up causing significant inconvenience, extra time, additional costs with Ubers and major hassles with young children. Avoid this business.

Poor show and poor job on my Volkswagen. Supplied the parts inc new bushes and quoted 1 price to end up paying double to replace two control arms 'I quote, have never worked on anything like it before' to later be told by another mechanic who was checking over a couple of things for me unrelated, 'who on earth did this job' ! - $600.00 turned into $1200 for this (Photos supplied).....Went back to the garage and Harry said its only a couple of millimetres out? More like 5mm fella and that bushes are smashed and not what was supplied, these are the old ones that didnt get replaced, literally taken the bushes off the new arms and binned to fit onto the old ones to save time pictured (new when given), given they are supposed to be flush with the bracket (Silver piece for those who ant in the know). Also broke my sway bar link in the process of doing the job in the first place but didnt tell me obviously.He became very flustered and argumentative when confronted about it, pictures to showcase the work of course, 'clearly doesn't like being pulled up on shoddy workmanship by his trained mechanics..' and stormed off into the offices upon inspection, which he did himself.Have decided to take it elsewhere to fix their poor workmanship at extra cost. Not impressed and wouldn't recommend at all. I'd rather be straight with folk than you think your getting a job well done from these guys, especially when your paying that money to fit supplied control arms for heavens sake!

Booked my car in for a general service via the website. Received confirmation within 24 hours. Harry did a great job and I found him to be really friendly & honest. Rates are in line with current market and I will definitely be back.

Harry is the best mechanic that we have ever used. He has been servicing our family cars for more than 12 years. When I first used Reliance Auto, I was amazed by his customer service and work ethic and continue to be impressed. He is honest, communicates well, and always does a very high quality job. His team is lovely.We will continue to use him for as long as he runs this business. I thoroughly recommend.

I have never given bad reviews but this was another level for me….Unfortunately a bit disappointed with the last service.Got the car back but along with other issues originally not there…They accepted the car back to fix it. However the issue was still not fixed after I collected the car. So I brought the car back in for a 3rd time. The car was not even moved from where I had parked it and they wanted to charge an extra $1000 on top of the original $2000 service and bring it in for a 4th time to fix it.Just had the car looked at by a different store…they just had to hoist the car up and saw the issue and fixed it in literally 5minutes.

Reliance was recommended by a friend so I tried them out. From initial call, to diagnosis, to repair, their customer service, professionalism and quality or work, was flawless. Harry diagnosed the issue after a quick drive, nothing serious, just rear wheel bearings making noise. Booked in for repair the next day. Dropped the car off and they were ready for me. After a short walk the call came to pick up. Amazing service, they also checked the brakes over. No additional 'add on' costs or surprise problems like many other mechanics tend to create.
