Staff lovely, site nice and clean. After 2 weeks nails have started to chip and break they are quite thin this time and there is no way I’ll get my normal time out of them which is disappointing and off putting to go back.

The manicure and pedicure was a great experience and fun to do. We loved the colours and my daughters loved the experience.

Very pricey, $85-90 for shellac nails and toes. Mount Barker do the same for $60Havnt been back to Nail bar. But I do like the aesthetics of the shop, it’s very pleasing to the eye.

I came here for an eyebrow tint and wax and was immediately met with language barrier complications with staff members. The lady who serviced me didn’t understand half the stuff I was saying to her which made things really difficult. I asked for “subtle, barely noticeable, natural, light light light” and she asked if I wanted light brown. I’m a natural blonde and have light brown / blonde hairs. She ended up putting dark brown on my eyebrows as they didn’t tell me light brown was out of stock until AFTER finishing my eyebrows. (I told her I did NOT want dark brown). Even after lightening my brows TWICE at the Nail Bar I’m now at home with dark brown eyebrows which look black in some lighting. I had to ask her to fix my eyebrows when applying the dye because they were incredibly uneven the first time. She then waxed my eyebrows and they’re uneven thickness wise and shape wise. I talked to who I think was the owner and I was met with “that’s the lightest we can offer” “maybe eyebrow tinting isn’t for you” “the light brown wouldn’t have worked anyways” and whatever other excuses she could throw at me. I was given a $3 off discount (how generous) and was offered the same discount for next time.. there won’t be a next time. This was my first time getting my eyebrows done by anyone (waxing, tinting, everything) and needless to say I don’t think I ever will again. I’m aware my eyebrows will lighten up in a few days and in general but this is sooo much darker than what I asked for and it’s the fact I was misleaded about what colour was going on my eyebrows. I’m also upset that my real blonde hair now looks fake.Edit: After seeing my review I was reached out to for a free tint. I just don’t understand why I would go back after I made it pretty clear I was not interested in doing so. It’s pretty common to offer free goods or service when a bad review is left but for my case it doesn’t make sense. I was deceived, information was withheld from me, told “maybe this isn’t for you”, “light brown wouldn’t have done anything” (if they had it in stock), and that my desirable results were only achievable by tattooing or most likely other similar services. I appreciate the reach out but I’d like to no longer be contacted and just learn from this experience and share it with others as to warn them.

Lovely service, was thrilled with the outcome of my nails and was constantly asked if I liked them and am happy with them. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Chelsea very friendly and professionally did lash lift and tint for me yesterday. No stinging at all. Over all a very good experience. hard to get a good picture

I always love how my nails look and feel after every appointment. The staff are always super friendly and welcoming, and go the extra mile to make sure that I leave The Nail Bar happy with my nails. They also have a large range of services and different colours to choose from. Highly recommend, I can’t imagine going to a different nail place! <3
