Ayres Packaging

I always liked Ayres until their customer service started lacking last year. It would take them so long just to get back to me saying the items I wanted were out of stock. Constant delayed back and forth still not ending up with the boxes I wanted. They offered a credit when I wanted a refund. Eventually got it after persisting. Now trying to have my printing block released to another company is like trying to leave a cult. I was going to go back to them in March when my boxes were back in stock - but now I am so put off by how hard they make everything I will not be going back!!! Disappointed. Trying ImajPak's boxes next if Ayres ever releases my printing block...

Vicki was a pleasure to deal with. We accidentally ordered the wrong size for a product and urgently needed the next size up. Vicki was extremely accommodating with shipping the new product and also accepting our return for the incorrect size. Highly recommend Ayres.

The quality of this box is actually so good. Bit on the pricer side but still great.Great cust service as well.
