Talked to a employee, about how dirty my car was after have using there car wash, and was treated like a nobody.

Totally awesome place to wash your TUG AND TOW. Just as long as your van is not higher than 3.7 metres. Plenty of room to get into both hand wash bay's. Value for money and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely be back.

Had to line up - there’s only this one in town…. By the time it got to me in the line, it was broken and no one was able to be found to help. Waited 2 hours then went home and hosed my dogs. Can we please have a phone number mounted on wall for emergencies and possibly look into a second bath.

Dog gate doesn't lock shut properly, but otherwise, great to have this facility available

First time using the automatic carwash since the new system was put in and it is terrible! A few seconds of water sprayed under, which stopped before I even got to the red light, less than 10 seconds of 'soap soak', poor water pressure that didn't get a single bug off my car or the cars behind me (I sat to watch to make sure it wasn't just me) and the blow dry sent my headlight protectors which haven't moved in 10yrs) clean off!! I paid $18 for this useless wash on my business credit card and the receipt didn't print out for me to claim the awful experience on my tax! There was nobody on site to speak to either, so hopefully this message will help them improve, but unfortunately I won't be coming back. The previous unit was amazing and did a great job, used it for years, such a shame.

Great self service car wash cheap caters both for cash and card had dramas this morning with the vacumes but the freindly staff member was quick to rectify the problem and fix it and even gave me a few extra tokens to vacume the car i think these guys do Detailing aswell but i am yet to look into other than that it was a really easy to use station

Love the car wash as well as the dog wash. I'll certainly be back on a regular basis.

Dog wash is fantastic. $10 for 10 minutes. Multiple different wash/rinse/dry selections. Washes are all dispensed from the hose with the water, good pressure for washing our boarder collie after the beach. Dryer is a hand held hose too and had low and high options. Elevated area, easy on the back. Highly recommend.

Don’t waste your money on the spot free rinse. When I complained about the spots everywhere he said “ that’s as good as it gets with Bowen water” The spot free rinse is a complete rip off

It's a fantastic service for anyone with a disability like myself, & anyone that likes to maintain their vehicle's exterior in good condition. It does exactly what I want; quickly, no fuss with either wash or payment. Love it!
