GLAMOUR Nails Hope island

The girls did a fabulous job of my daughter and my Pedicure yesterday. They didn't rush as Xmas time is always a crazy time for the nail/beauty salon.The quality of the job was professional. We will go back again.

Jessica and her staff are very good. I have been having my nails looked after by Jess for 18 months. When you make an appointment, the girls are normally on time and are professional. Occasionally they do talk to each other in their native language but this is because they can understand each better. Their pedicures are very good as well. Pam

I have been coming here to almost 2 years. Everyone who works there is nice and friendly and I always have a good time. Jessica is amazing and her manicures are the best. She always knows what will look good on me and makes sure I am happy with the work she has done. 10/10 recommend.

Have been here numerous times for a mani-pedi with gel nails. Always been happy with the end result and service. Would recommend.

Unfortunately my experiences have been mostly inconsistent. Often left to sit during a service, while the technicians jump between clients. Nails are nothing special, and the price is the same for a good artist who would make the experience a lot more professional and personal. Recently gave them another chance, as I have wanted to love this place due to it being so conveniently located. This last time nails were rushed by a technician who didn’t have an eye for detail, and the shape is uneven and the gel polish was applied too thick, leaving obvious signs that the technician was either inexperienced or just didn’t take pride in her work. Disappointing as this was a treat for myself.

I’m surprised to read some negative reviews. I’ve had nothing but great service and always happy with the result. Infill & pedi is what I have each time and I love that you can make an appointment rather than pot luck. Have recommended to others and they’ve all been happy.
