On this occasion good service (for front screen on garden variety 2011 sz Territory), skilled technician, good fit.. over-the-phone communication not encouraging.The prior occasion of use some 6 years ago (a rare 1997 w202 turbo diesel Mercedes) resulted in scratch to paintwork, and a propagating crack commencing from under-trim middle bottom of screen ..likely glass butted up against body stay occurring some months after fitment, for which they have to enquire whether we can do that job'. Ray was excellent. My windscreen didn’t arrive in time for installation on the Friday so he came to my house on his day off! Quick, professional and friendly! I had already lost 2 days of work. Windscreen was vandalised and unroadworthy! Ray was a top bloke, highly recommend +++
