EDIT UPDATE 03.03.22:Response to Company response:The company has responded claiming it offered alternative accommodation. It did but the alternatives offered were inferior, at a higher price and not in as good a location (some weren't even in Noosa). Noosa Holiday Rentals you are clearly trying damage limitation here but please be truthful. I was told you would not cancel the second booking in favour of me (despite me booking first) because you prefer a booking direct rather than a booking through booking.com. Do not offer properties through booking.com if you are not going to honour them. I could have booked numerous different appropriate properties when I booked your property but chose yours. Now there is nothing suitable available as I am booking for New Year and anything decent was booked up weeks ago when I first booked. My family is therefore left without a holiday through no fault of our own. People need to be warned of how you operate. Read the reviews - I'm not alone.Review 02.03.22Do NOT book with this company. They cancelled my New Year booking and now I can't get another similar, suitable booking as everything comparable is booked up. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Took my deposit, refunded my deposit and then took my deposit again even though booking is cancelled. Still waiting for refund. Reading the reviews on this company, it seems cancelling by them is a common theme.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment situated in a block of apartments at 1/29 Noosa Drive. The bedrooms are double and twin and comfortable. The apartment has all the necessary appliances and off street parking. There is one air conditioning unit but with fans in each room this is ample to keep the apartment cool. The building is 1 kilometre from the main beach, about 8 minutes walk or a $5 taxi if the walk up Noosa Hall is too much for some. We found Noosa Holiday Rentals good to deal with, their staff are friendly helpful and efficient. The apartment is good value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay at 38 Angler Street Noosa. It has a magnificent view of the ocean and pool as you enter the house. The house was clean and the street was very quiet. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. I would definitely recommend the property to others for their holiday and would love to stay again!

The house we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous, however, there were many challenges dealing property management Noosa Holiday Rentals. The pool was very dirty, toilets had not been thoroughly cleaned, extremely limited basic supplies such as soaps, toilet paper, coffee, towels, etc. We had to buy towels to use in the pool since we had 1 towel each. This was all very disappointing for the price we paid for luxurious accommodation. When we contacted Noosa Holiday Rentals to discuss these matters. via email and phone, we had no response. Loved the house, but would not use this company again.

We loved staying at the Laguna on Hastings as the apartment was spacious and modern. You cannot beat the central location where everything is at your doorstep. Loved the pool and the staff were lovely. There was no parking spot available but it was easy to find a park across the bridge just 200 metres away.

Drifters - Unit 4 3 Williams Street. We feel exploited - Very expensive for what you get ($552 per night for 4 guests). Not enough towels, dirty fridge, personal items left in drawers, cold pool, dirty outside chairs at swimming pool, building sites on both sides of property with high scaffolding impeding view from balcony - causing noise during day so we preferred to not be at unit. We personally feel ripped off - also had to collect and drop off keys 2km away from property which was inconvenient for us with 2 young kids. We paid $552 per night which is already at the high end of the scale to pay per night for accomodation and we feel that these people seriously exploited us. We have stayed in places in the same street for less than half that price that were 10 times better. We will never return again. Also, when reading the booklet on arrival we were expected to push the bin out the following day as the bin were the responsibility of the people in the unit at the time - for $552 per night - you must be kidding............!!!

House was amazing, clean, tidy and great location.Client service left a little to be desired given how much we were spending.On the confirmation email were all the rules, instructions and requirements. It indicated early checkins might be available…(not in peak) as this was a Monday and non peak..we thought might be available. so I called a few hours before checkin and enquired - the person I spoke to was incredibly rude. Virtually yelled that “we don’t do that”… it was like I’d asked for her kidneys and her first born. (When my brother picked up the keys..was an equally frosty recaption).Also on the instructions was a note that the pool would be cleaned by Michael and the bins put out…this didn’t happen. (So rules possibly go one way).Aside from this…the house was amazing…just a shame about the customer service.

The best holiday rental we have had in over 20 years of coming to Noosa. The house is perfectly set up and the living spaces are so well appointed. The beds amazing with the Sleeping Duck mattresses and the kitchen was so well equipped- having a bar fridge was such a bonus. Could not speak more highly of 7th Heaven

We rented through Noosa Holiday Rentals and the main issue was having to walk to their office a 2 Klms with luggage to pick up keys and then back to the rental property and then reverse it when you go. We did not have car. So be very careful where you rent as the logistics were a nightmare. The property we rented was 1@4 Attunga Heights. Overall a nice apartment but grotty and poorly cleaned. The cooking utensils were all stained, the knifes and forks had food residue on them and the glasses were filthy. We spent a fair amount of time giving the place a good scrubb. This was disappointing as we paid $2k for a week . I think back to Noosa Blue for us or Culgoa Beach Resort. These private rentals through agency’s seem to not have any quality control on cleaning and amenity.

One of the worst customer experiences I have had. COVID affected our stay and due to government rules we were no longer able to attend not once but twice. We had paid a large deposit back in 2019. NHR was extremely unhelpful nor flexible when trying to re-book and expected us to pay the current years prices which equalled almost an extra 50% (original price was around $8k in total and our new price was over $12k) of our total original booking price. They were incredibly unresponsive for weeks on end. Do not recommend at all. I have dealt with much better over my time staying in Noosa.
