The Bare team were quite simply good at their jobs. They were friendly and helpful from first to last. Bare made the whole process simple and easy, they communicated clearly what they needed us to do and then they did their part. Great service, well delivered and great value.

Bare was what I was looking for as we had to organise at short notice. Bare still attended to every detail and were formal but friendly. Being an emotional time and not wanting to spend time in a funeral home, I could just organize everything I needed through email and over the phone as we weren’t having a funeral service. Very disappointing as we had to deal with too many people. The cremation part was relatively smooth. The celebrant (local) was great but the process of organising the whole memorial service was stressful. The concierge turned up last minute and we have all but 5 of the booklets left over. Communication was really lacking and the invoicing was inaccurate. I was told I would be sent a customer feedback form but over two months after my Dad's service I still haven’t received such a form so this is my feedback.

An amazing company. We have used Bare twice and both times the staff were caring, helpful , patient and understanding. No question is too simple or a bother. There is no hard sell , just what we wanted as a family to send our parents off. We as a family would highly recommend Bare Cremation.

If you are looking for a funeral host where you pay someone and literally have to do everything yourself still, then these guys are for you!After you organize everything yourself, then they will send out a professional host" who will hand out not even half of the memorial pamphlets
