Worst experience ever working in this place, the workers and certain managers were absolutely rude and the place is so messy and out of order, don’t ever recommend anyone to ever work here nor place their products in this disgusting workplace, most unprofessional induction and was poorly treated and spoken to by a co worker with fowl language and yelling which was then taken up with the CEO with no consequences taken towards them

Very poor experience with this business, no accountability, especially from the CEO, lots of hidden costs that will surprise you, look out for the double charging. We had to demand regular consolidating of stock which drove the cost down, problem was within weeks is shot back up. At one stage they lost a pallet of whiskey on us, to repeatedly tell us it never arrived, this during an exclusive launch in market which lost us sales of $35k. The pallet appeared 3 weeks later after many heated phone calls. CEO very hard to get on the phone, and difficult to find resolution with. The staff were lovely to deal with, felt sorry for the challenges they were faced with.

I have been working with Next Logistics (formerly Exalt Group) for aproximately 3 years through Bath Body and HomeDuring this time I have no complaints over service, orders are despatched on time, stock is managed as expected, stock is receipted within timeframes, and overall the prices are incredibly competitiveI have found the customer service team go out of their way to assist with any queries I have and should be commended.We have lengthy experience in outsourcing and contract management, and suggest to anyone considering working with Next or any other 3PL that it should be seen as a 2 way relationship. From time to time there may be issues but nothing more than expected, and together you need to work together to resolve and move on.Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Next to any other business looking for a cost effective Pick and Pack solution

All of the Next team is fantastic. They are not only really good people but they have battled through the thick of the past 2 years to not only survive but come out even stronger. Running a 3PL is incredibly tough, especially at this scale. Chris (CEO) stands behind the team and backs them 100%. We are incredibly thankful to have them as partners, and could not be scaling at our current rate without them. Thanks again team - we LOVE you all!

We found this warehouse to be very poorly managed, although we only used them for a few months nothing worked as it should. We considered legal action but as we had only lost a few thousand dollars it probably wasn't worth the cost to resolve. We did reach out to them to resolve the issue but they decided it was our fault.We currently run our own warehouse and 3 x 3PL warehouse's and Next is considerably the worst of those that we have experienced.Specifically1. Lost stock from the container receipt2. Took around a week to send palletised goods across Sydney3. Freight cost for pallets was not at market rates4. Poor customer response timesObviously we are not the sort of client that suits their business. Maybe if you don't send pallets they might be more suitable for you. But from our experience we could not recommend them at all.We were looking for a long term partner to help us and would have been an ongoing client.Ian

Nightmare experience. They messed up our inventory and orders. They overcharge you and you have to spend days checking every item to get your refund. Lost so much money because of them. Will NOT recommend.Just read all the negative reviews & the number people liking them!

I wouldn't recommend Next Logistics as a 3PL. I used their services for about a year and have since switched to another provider. It's been like a breath of fresh air. Here's a condensed list of the issues I had:- High rate of picking errors. This means customers get the wrong product. When this happens, Next doesn't acknowledge the problem nor do anything to fix it. The onus is on my team to reship and arrange to have the incorrectly shipped product collected or to write it off. Next also not only charges for the original shipment, but then charges me again for the replacement. They then have the audacity to charge me again for the receipt and putaway of the return. If I want a refund, I have to scour through their complex invoice and apply for a refund.- Lost inventory. They often lose entire pallets which mysteriously disappear, they may then turn up again in a few months time, but in the meantime, we don't have access to the missing stock.- Sometimes when they check items into the warehouse, they check them in incorrectly, then every single order that goes out is incorrect. We once had 30-40 incorrect items go out in a couple of days. We only found out about these errors once customers started receiving their orders. Then as previously stated, the onus was on us to organise reshipments, collections of the incorrect orders, and compensation from Next.- They commit to a 12:00 noon cutoff for same day shipment, but they regularly don't meet this commitment, and some orders take several days to go out. When queried about this, the response is sorry the warehouse is busy" but nothing is done to fix it.- We could never trust the stock on hand reports. This became quite a big problem when stock was low. We don't want to sell stock we don't have but sometimes Next would tell us we have 2-3 items left in stock

We have been with Next for 2 years. In that time the business has grown more than 6 fold, which would not be possible without a scaleable and robust outsourced 3PL solution.Next offer a great value product and are far more flexible than most 3PL. The customer service team are always on hand and quick to resolve issues. Orders are dispatched within 24hrs and 99% of the time it all works seamlessly. It is unrealistic to think there will never be issues, but at least when there are they are addressed and resolved.I would definitely recommend Next to my peers and friends.
