This is my first experience with Binary Music, I would highly recommend this business. The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, great communication & service. Will certainly deal with again for my music needs. I love my new Kanilea Ukulele.

Excellent customer service from the lady who serviced us this morning. We went in clueless about buying our child’s musical instruments & items for school band. We were shown how & why we needed the items on the list and how long they would last. Buying a home locally, putting the kids into a new school and going around to the local music shop just showed us we made the right decision lovely community and local businesses. Highly recommend this music shop especially if your child ends up in the school band with a instrument you don’t know much about :)

I found their staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. They've always taken the time to answer my questions and discuss the pros and cons of the product, They don't try and sell you their most expensive items so I never feel pressured, nothing is too much trouble. They clearly love what they do and they provide a great service. So happy - I'll be buying all my musical goodies from them - Diane P

Last year I had ordered a new keyboard for my son that has the keys glow and you can play a tune to. He was turning 1, just wanted something really special. (delayed writing this review because of personal matters)The customer service was always really nice, these guys were super chill and easy to talk to. However in saying that (and i will also write a review to Yamaha Music Australia) they did say things like its coming

What a shop! Small in size and huge in heart! it is the kind of place that you really want to shop. Where nothing seems to be too much trouble, and if you want it I'm sure they can get it.Amazing customer service, with a genuine and down to earth feel. These guys impressed me to no end on my very first visit, just falling over themselves to give incredible service.I can't recommend these guys enough. If being looked after is something you care about, then do yourself a favor and shop here for your next instrument.

What a wonderful service! we bought a keyboard and the help and support in choosing the right one for us was just so nice to experience. And to top it it all up, my husband left his mobile phone in the shop and they contacted me and arranged a place where we could meet close to our home, so we didn't have to drive back! This is customer service far and beyond ( and the put a sticker on my husbands phone with my number - great idea!!!!) small shop, large range, outstanding service and totally competitive prices !
