Aggressive dispatcher and aggressive driver. Waited 20 minutes for a cab. “We can’t tell you a pick up time”. Their excuse? “We can’t get drivers, and we are very busy“. Really? Where do they think they are? New York?? Gave up in the end and got a ride from a friend.This taxi service needs to be investigated. With their staff aggressive behaviour it poses a threat to the safety and well being of customers.No customer skills whatsoever. Rough as guts.

Not bad, reliable.. but twice the price of an Uber with a $5 surcharge that isn’t mentioned until you are in the cab.

So rude! Was greeted with “ hurry up I’m busy”, then started swearing and complaining about our group getting to the cab not quick enough. 10 minutes from when I was greeted so “nicely” to getting 6 people in the cab and him driving out, seriously.

Really poor some bloke or old lady with purple hair had disco lights going like a loony

Very disappointing experience. Was told about a surcharge in transit. No problem, I'd just like a receipt to reflect that. Driver claimed couldn't provide receipt for surcharge. I stated no receipt, no surcharge payment. He promptly stopped the vehicle, told us to get out and an hour later, after we had walked home, the police arrived!! No problems about a surcharge, but how about doing in a legal manner.

My fare was $14.10 which then jumped to $17.10 and then was told that I owe $25 because of a surcharge which I wasn't told about.

Expensive rates. Driver not helping with luggage but extra services is charged, for what???

The $5 “booking” fee seems a bit out of place as it’s not a black car service and given current financial conditions, perhaps a bit of a money grab.Perhaps the drivers know the local area well and can navigate efficiently.Given they’re a service governed by NSW transport authority and likely receive subsidy’s.Their ability of being able to provide services to the general public is not taken seriously enough and they have much more of a priority based mentality to those jobs that are going to pay a higher compensation.Two drivers is just not enough for an area with this population.This practice often leaves the gen-pop in a position where it is quicker to walk in bad weather, dangerous areas and roads without footpaths and in an inebriated state and at risk of harmful traffic accidents.leaving the public without a sufficient service.Not very happy with the state of the current public transport providers at all - this includes neighbouring regions such as Moruya, Narooma and surrounds

The thin tall pale deathly looking man is absolutely racist and discriminates .this company does not take duty of care seriously .will be seeking legal action ..also the short man is aggressive and abusive swearing at customers have it all video taped ..if someone wanted to start an uber here I think they would take over easily .terrible company just terrible discraceful Humans absolutely shameful behaviour this companies heading for bad days
