Absolutelly terrible! Towed a caravan down Armidale road on an emergency trip to get back home after been stranded for 51 days due to COVID-19.Had smoking brake pads and made it to Grafton. Been simply asking to talk to a mechanic after they had no time looking at the issue. Denied!Been told to simply move into queue for whatever that may take, indicating it could be hours.Finally called a mechanic back home that explained the situation plus dangers withing 30 seconds plus based on that we travelled home safely.
