Had a wonderful experiance as always with this store the staff are very friendly and helpful, one in particular stood out today I believe he said his name was mason and he helped me pick out my new vape including explaining how it works and how to refill it etc. Mason is great with his customer service skills and never leaves you just standing there.Cheers

This store is pretty small but they some how fit all the gifts they stock into that tiny little area. It is stocked floor to ceiling with lots of gifts. It also has very reasonable prices for cigarettes as well as loyalty points scheme for loyal return customers. You can. Get free prizes as well as good sized discounts on smokes. Plus the two women that work there are very sweet ladies. They are cool to have a banter session with and small talk. I would recommend this place to buy smokes at very reasonable prices.

I went into Smokemart Kotara yesterday to see what vapes they had in store for my sons birthday, the young man that helped me was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and knew just what I needed. I was very pleased with the customer service that I received. The store and team were amazing.

This is a great store not just for tobacco & cigarettes, but other stuff too, such as cheap gift cards & giftwares.The customer service is always great & they are currently (to the best of my knowledge) the cheapest place to buy smokes.
