The coffee is really good. Especially with a new customer service person working from Wed to Sun.

Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience with this store.Tried to order a cake but they had no idea what I was talking about. It's called Just cakes for goodness sake.

Staff are really helpful and friendly. Only disadvantage is that there is alot of cost cutting. Produce uses cream as a filler instead of using more dough to take up space and mass.

I prefer to support small businesses over franchises but todays experience was not good.Went for breakfast, took 45 minutes for the coffee to arrive. The breakfast choice was chosen as it was vegetarian which Arrived with bacon. Sent back as the vego didn’t want bacon fat all over the food and pretty sure the bacon was removed from the plate and it cleaned and the same food came back which was stone cold. There was only 2 of us but I had to wait another 10 minutes for my food. Only 1 staff member and 1 man who didn’t actually do anything. Only Good for take away coffee and cake

Nostalgic because of the comfortable seating and personalised service.Inside Portico Plaza opposite Woolies. Energetic expert Baker is available to talk directly to customers at the counter. Yes the Baker both bakes and serves at the counter with enthusiasm. This Baker loves his job. Have you tried the coffee and cake deal at $5.90? A good place to start. You'll get excited too once you get a mouthful or two of this delicious cake and smooth aromatic drinks. Press like if you agree this Bakery/Cafe is quality with a capital Q.

Not often you find a five star simple menu but .. my Eggs Benedict with Bacon & Smoked Samon was great . I wish their menu was a bit more extensive coz i want to try more of their food . Well done !

Bad attitude, unethical behaviour, no respect for customers, improper Assumptions. That list will go on to describe the preposterous this business. Picking up on people especially INDIANS and SRILANKANS. Setting an example in the market on how not to ruin self business
