The gourmet food was definitely not out today! We ordered 3 pies a sausage roll a caramel slice and a cookie they were all ordinary. For the $41 we paid I expected alot better I still don't understand how it came to that price.

Beautiful bakery, lovely cakes pie's & pastries & we opened the door for a customer coming out & he came back & paid for our cake/ coffee, such a lovely gesture, which was a complete surprise, sat out front talked to local Wombat!" very interesting man

Very happy, helpful, efficient service. Great salad rolls & best vanilla slice we've ever had... They have a good selection of pastry & slices etc as well as fresh bread & rolls.

As the name would suggest. For a bakery the pies for very nice . The rolls were great the staff pleasant and I really enjoyed my coffee

Follow the crowd, small shop always has customers. Fresh rolls and wraps made up to order. Friendly staff. Always stop there for a meal when I'm in Hopetoun.

Generally very disappointed after my visit and reading so many reviews about this bakery.After taking two steps into the store, not a simple hello but excepted to know what I was after with the lady asking “do you know what you want?”Very poor amount of variety with poor signage, labels and prices. Stuff using there bare hands to deal with food. I should have walked out.Decided to get a sausage roll as I felt super pressured to decide after the lady then asked “are you going to order any food” Let’s just say $6 for a basic sausage roll is criminal for the crusty and dry boot that I received. Definitely not Gourmet and won’t be back

Just caught them as they were basically closed and bought the last of their stuff - sausage rolls and a chicken curry pie. Very friendly staff and tasty stuff (and the sausage rolls were quite big)! Glad we caught them.

m here once a year from tassie and this is the closest thing i found to my home bakery. the pies are just full to the brim and a great variety. u must come and try ur tummy will be very happy.

Caught them just as they were closing. The ladies were very friendly and let us take our time selecting. Not many options really caught our eye, mini cheesecakes were cute, the macadamia slice we bought was nothing special just overly sweet. Worth having a look, maybe their savoury options are better
