Absolute joke for a garbage service. My rates are paid but I have to call them at least once every 6 months to say they haven't picked my bin up. I shouldn't have too call them, it's not like I live up a dirt road out of the way, I live on the most used road in this area.

Bin wasn't collected due to being too heavy. Rang office explained situation and asked to be contacted when they would be back out to collect bin after it had been half emptied. Did this and waited for phone call.Phone call didn't come but truck did unannounced and my bin wasn't out, thus not collected again. Tried to flag down the driver before he left my street but he didn't even look at the side of the kerb let alone at the front of my house.Rang and left message with office as it was before office hours and waited for a return phone call having left my telephone number again. They didn't ring, so I rang them again.Got a story of driver trying to contact but no contact was ever made.Verified correct phone details with office staff and they informed me that the driver had the phone number and he couldn't reach me and because he had my number they didn't. Funny that they now had it twice on their own phone system from my messages left.Office staff need retraining in customer etiquette and yes we do understand their ground crew are very busy. Thankyou to the staff who do know how to do customer friendly service it is appreciated by those of us who return the same..

They must make to much money. I called and left a message with all my details that I need a skip asap. I got no return call.
