Its great to to see that most clients of the business have had wonderful experiences. Regrettably, customer service and performance of the overhead commercial unit has been less than satisfactory. We have now engaged another company to correct the issues in the system. Other tenants have also been complaining about irregular temperatures in their offices. I dislike leaving poor feedback and the 3 stars is generous for our experience.

We have employed Josh and the team at All Cool Industries to install air-conditioning in two properties. On both occasions the staff were prompt and friendly and answered any queries we had about how to use our new systems. Their work was completed very efficiently and the job site left spotlessly tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending All Cool Industries and will definitely be employing them again when we next need air conditioning.

Minimum $220 call out fee to inspect air conditioning unit to see if it was repairable. Person on the phone was about to hang up when I prompted for the information otherwise I would've been in for a rude shock when the repairman came out tomorrow and then gave me a bill with a further quote to repair. Person on phone was friendly and time to be seen would have been quick, cost was too high when its likely aircon needs to be replaced. Some basic triage would increase customer confidence.

Over the past few years we have had three ducted AC systems installed by All Cool Industries, and on each occasion we were very happy with the price, the quality of their work and the service we received from them.I would certainly recommend All Cool Industries to anyone looking for any AC work to be done.

All Cool attended my property this week to install 3 split systems in preparation for summer. I could not speak more highly of their team's professionalism - from quotation phase to final install. They were efficient, responsive and friendly. On the day, the team on the ground were very thorough to ensure our install met expectations. Could not recommend them more!

So rare to find such a great group that gives above and beyond service. These cooling guys and office staff are simply the BEST as well as being very competitive in price.So much better than buying from a retailer, then looking for an installer. Hats off to Josh and his crew. All Cool is cool!
