Visited the store, and had my 2 daughters fitted for skates which we bought at a good price. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Recommended by a friend to the shop and I had the worst shopping experience ever, the salesman later found out is the owner of the business was very rude to me for no reason. He seems doesn’t know how to be polite and work with a right attitude. This kind of business should not exist in Australia.

We have been here a few times and today when we went there was a new staff and the cotsmer service recieved was horrible. We were looking to buy out a third skate from them, and the shoe they bought out was filled with scratches, dirt, and glue. They claim it's brand new, but it looks second-hand. When we mentioned this to them, they went to wipe it. When they came back, the shoes were still very dirty and claimed it could be wiped off after they had already wiped it. Their attitude kept getting worse and worse towards us. We decided not to get the shoe, but we were still going to get blade protecters for the other 2 shoes we got from them, and when we went to check out, they made a comment to us that we found offensive. We still got the protecters but are never going back again. Not recommended. Very disappointing.

They stock a lot of brands, that’s about it. Customer service is terrible, trying to contact them for an order is useless and staff aren’t very knowledgeable or helpful with the products. This has been my experience, I hope yours is better.

We went in looking for a pair of figure skates. They measured my daughter's feet and tried a couple of different sizes, but they were out of stock if the size we need, they explained that it was the distributor that was out and suggested to check back in a couple of weeks as a shipment was due to arrive. Happy to wait because of the service and will definitely be heading back. While there it looked like they're a huge stockist of ice hockey equipment and a workshop for repairs and adjustments.

I purchased a pair of hockey skates for my daughter. It was really challenging because we're based in Melbourne, but couldn't get the size down here. I contacted Michael at Ice Monster and he was so patient. After many emails about brand, size, width etc, the skates were sent from Sydney to Melbourne and they're perfect! Thank you.

I placed my order on yesterday morning at about 8am, and I've received my order today at 3pm. I am super impressed by their delivery service.

*received an incomplete order so i sent them a message, apparently the item was out of stock but they didnt bother to let me know. they already processed the partial refund without telling me as well.*threw a fog spray bottle in the box together with the gear, bottle leaked in the box lol

Online review only as I havnt been to the store.Most of the time when placing an order it doesn't show up as nil stock until you're at the checkout. The two times I have successfully made it through the checkout with items in stock I've received emails roughly a week later stating they didn't have the items in stock. One time I got a replacement item and the other time they just refunded my whole order which included other items.They really need to sort thier website out or just take it down.
