Awesome and honest advice from the gents at the Gabba. I was quoted a few hundred dollars extra from the dealership to reset the BMS once the battery was replaced. Battery world did as part of the installation of the new battery. The new battery was the same as what was originally purchased from new so that was an additional win for me.Great service and it was all completed within 30minutes - where the dealership wanted it for 4 hours and was only able to book the battery change out for 2 weeks time.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. I got help on the spot straight away. I also found that they batteries for car remotes a lot cheaper as well. I will definitely be going back to these guys again in the future as they are close by to me for convenience.

I regularly use Battery World Woolloongabba for our local business needs. There's easy parking at the front, they always have what I need and the staff are incredibly helpful. A shout-out to Cooper who helped me yesterday. There was a bit of a line and I could see he was run off his feet but he efficiently helped each of us with a big smile.

Everything went pretty good. Nice customer service, quick and efficient. Will come back when needed. I didn't like a bit that I gave the person my drivers licence so they would save my details correctly and they messed up both my name and last name. Hope it doesn't affect me if I need to make a warranty claim.
