DO NOT HIRE THROUGH THESE PEOPLE!!!Set up was suppose to occur the day before our function they cancelled after the time organised and didn’t come until the day of our function. Did not show up at the time organised. Didn’t not have the furniture that I had wanted/ was suppose to get. Did not set up the tables etc like I had been informed they do. The marquee was filthy. Lights were not set up as they were suppose to be and a lot of bulbs were missing!!! These people were so unprofessional during the set up of the marquee. Two young adults who are a couple fought, swore and were just rude the entire time at our home. The lady who actually runs the business was coming and going. While I understand she is trying to run a business I don’t see how a phone call she had to take took longer then an hour! It was all suppose to be collected the next day (Sunday) They didn’t come and we didn’t hear from anyone about it until Tuesday when she asked if it could remain here until the Thursday. Tried to explain to the business the few issues we were not happy about etc she was just rude and threatening.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!Booked and paid in full a marque for my daughters 18th Birthday in December. Did NOT show up and still have NOT received a refund. After discussing ways of being reimbursed for the inconvenience, which included having the marque for another date or a refund issued, I confirmed that I would like the refund. This was discussed on the 19th of December and since then no more communication has been made nor a refund issued.Very disappointing.

On our 35 degree wedding day, Laced With Love’s umbrella hire was the perfect addition for our ceremony! The process of communication, payment, pick-up and drop off was so easy and we really appreciate it! Thank you!Rhyan & Lauren

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLENearly ruined our wedding day.Late,unresponsive old equipment,abusive,full of excuses.We had to literally help set up and pack up to make our wedding occur the night before and morning after and still get charged full price.Buy your own,do it yourself and sell it.

Dreadful! We turned up at a 21st party only to find the backyard a mess, the hosts of the party were distraught as this laced with love company were supposed to have set up a lovely gazebo etc the night before, the party started at 6.30pm and these guys were setting up at 7pm, right in the middle of all the guests.Guests had to try and keep out of their way, the woman who carried in the items was whining and grumbling the entire time. They were dressed in dirty clothing and in the end guests were forced to help lift the marquee up to enable it get finished quickly. Would NOT recommend.

Don’t book this company!I was a guest at a milestone birthday celebration and watched in horror as Cathy and her husband arrived at the same time as guests. From my understanding the arrangement was that they would set everything up the day before to allow plenty of time for detailing.Set up was done mostly in dark and it was painful to watch as they manoeuvred between guests.It takes a lot of money, time and effort to organise a party and I was so sad see my friends upset and stressed out by what happened as all they wanted was to give their son and friends lovely memories for 21st b’d.

Do not go through this company! The lady I went through was Cathy. The service was late and rude and unprofessional In every way. I booked them for my wedding and legit didn't show up on one day and then came 3 hours late the next. When they were here they had an accident and left and then the husband came back to finish the job and he didn't complete at all! Lights didn't work and my husband had to finish the job! We paid for a service and a product and we were extremely disappointed! It was dirty and nothing like the pictures. It had rust all over it and we even tried to clean it. Then when it was time to pick it up they didn't come several times and didn't tell us until end of the day.Me and my husband both work full time and couldn't be home until 5:30 and I asked if they can come pick it up any day after 5:30 and they agreed but still didn't until 1 week later and they came 40 minutes late again. They tried charging me for 1 weeks rent for it but it was due to their lack of professionalism that it was still at my home. Please do not go through this company at all! They were the absolute worst and didn't even wear appropriate clothing or shoes when putting the marquee up.I have screenshots of messages.

Laced With Love set up our for our wedding recently and they did such a fantastic job. Setting up meetings and communication with Cathy was such a breeze and she was able to throw in some last minute umbrellas to our hire as there was a thunderstorm on the forecast. Fortunately someone was looking out for us and it didn't rain after 1pm and we could have the wedding as planned outside. Cathy and Justin were professional, efficient and friendly during set up and everything looked magical. The marquee was strong and study, the circular arber was decorated beautifully, the wine barrels and chairs were fantastic and once all the lighting and decorations were up it looked incredible. Thank you Cathy and Justin, you made our wedding perfect!

- RATING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I did NOT receive everything that was paid for! They ( Cathy & Justin) delivered after my event had commenced. Guests watched on in horror as they struggled to set up the marquee in the dark! My property was used as storage for their equipment for over a week. The following Friday night/ Saturday they were demanding access to my yard to retrieve their equipment for their next event. Cathy & her daughter were abusive & threatening when they finally picked up. Cathy had given my address, phone number & my husbands phone number to another vendor that had been trying to get back his barrels for several weeks. I have received threatening text messages from Justin ( husband) .I have video footage & photos of the abusive interactions.

Absolute Disgrace! Marquee , tables, chairs, wine barrels were all booked and paid in full to be set up day before wedding. They were that unorganised and unprofessional, they came with marquee only , which didn't get set up, had the bride in tears the night before her wedding, everything was set up day of wedding to which guests of the wedding had to go back in between ceremony and reception to dress tables marquee. Very unapproachable when trying to reason with this person in charge.
