Shay has done my hair a few times now and she always provides excellent service, is friendly and approachable, and also really listens. She does a thorough consultation and carefully assesses my hair's needs. I've had hairdressers surprise me with little tweaks, that weren't discussed in our consultations, so I appreciate that she informs me of what she's doing and asks what I'm comfortable with. It feels collaborative and reassuring. When I'm in her chair, I can relax and trust the process. Thanks for keeping my hair beautiful, Shay

I really wanted a change from blonde to peach and Billie Jean Hair was the perfect place to go! I had a great consultation to begin with, then we talked through exactly what I was after in the salon. My expectations were met at every stage through the process. The salon is really lovely too, lots of natural lighting and greenery. A perfect environment to spend those hours in. 10/10 experience and love my new hair! Thank you Billie Jean Hair!!

I love my hair so much and got compliments a lot. All Billie Jean Hair staff were nice, they tailored my hair colour that suits my natural hair and prioritised my hair conditions from damaging. Highly recommended !! Specially thank to Billie, Claire &Gavin !

It was my first time going to Billie Jean Hair after a friend recommended them to me and I was so impressed! Both Billie and Gavin worked on my hair and were both so lovely. I will definitely be back and highly rate both of them! Thank you both so much I'm so happy with the result :)

Indian coarse curly hair cut - done to perfection by Ezra. The people at Billie J are SO nice. We started late but was worth the wait. He was so patient and understood my hair woes. So happy with the cut that I’m definitely making this my stylist in Melbourne. Very affordable!

Spectacular! I've been lucky enough to have my locks tended by Claire Louise and Katie and been so thrilled. I can book online, which is a huge plus. They communicate via text if you need (which I adore, nuerodivergent oddity here). I colour my hair myself and they didn't make me feel irresponsible for doing so. Even gave me amazing advice to help on my scientific understanding journey. I'm so so happy I found Billie Jean. And it's cute, to boot!

Thanks so much to the amazing team here. They are experts at what they do. Every time I leave with awesome hair and a smile on my face. Not only are they very professional and achieve really good results they are also kind and caring. Ezra is lovely and of course Claire Louise who I have seen for a number of years is very talented and we are lucky to have her. I can't recommend this salon enough thank you Billie.

Walked into Billie Jean by chance and immediately felt in safe hands! Katie did a great cut for me with my very tricky hair and precise requirements. These guys are top notch and have a lovely friendly environment which makes you feel really welcomed. Brilliant!
