I admit that reading these reviews, after my dad's home contents were driven off, made me pretty concerned. But we had a perfect experience with these guys. They were mostly a different team that collected to that who delivered, but all were friendly, professional, and all the furniture and boxes were safely and quickly delivered. In addition, the guys made sure that the beds were put together, the fridge was plugged in and in place ready to be switched on. The heavier pieces of furniture were also placed where dad wanted them. Yes, it took a while for the invoice to come through, but it was no problem. I wholeheartedly recommend Dave and the team. I'd also like to offer my sincere condolences to the workmates and family of Fernando. He seemed a very generous and caring man and I was saddened to hear of his sudden passing.

If you want a stressful, unprofessional move, to be stuffed around and scammed then go ahead and book this company. I was I given a timeframe of 11-12, waited till after 12 with no communication from the company. Called and was told 2. Never got a phone call until the 3:30 and the company arrived with a small truck at 4:00. It took two trips for a 2 beddy, and when they finished at 7:30pm they tried to charge me $40 extra per hour and cash (expecting me to go to an atm to get the money out then and there). Never again. I would give no stars if I could.

I only gave one star as u have to give a star rating to reviewThey don’t deserve a star at allThe people leaving positive reviews here must be dodgy Dave’s mates / family or fake identities / made up emails because I cannot fathom this company (David) being honest or doing a good job !They are (David is) dishonest, nasty, dodgy as all hell, disgusting operators - outsourced our job, we paid for full truck / all cubic square meters - but he filled 1/3 of it with another job and put in a fake wall - underpaid the driver, didn’t arrange staff at other end to unload as agreed, told the guys he contracted when they complained there was no staff on arrival to unload - just to go to the local hostel / camp ground / pub - whatever : and pay some blokes a few bucks to help ! Ripped them off and told them to destroy our spa on delivery intentionally ...... they were honest and told us about his instructions - when we finally got it he’d destroyed 3 motors / pumps and the mother board - he left it behind on first uplift ! Intentionally ! He only got the job because on site inspection he guaranteed moving spa would be no issue ! He wasn’t the cheapest he was nice and smooth when we met / he quoted / we gave him the job ..... once we met him in his dodgy rent by the hour no signage quasi borrowed office / desk and chair and handed over the “cash” (he demanded cash only ..... so clearly pays no tax) the whole thing went downhill ! Fast ! Don’t use themDon’t use them

I've used Rumbles for the last two of my moves. They're excellent, careful and friendly people. They've done an excellent job, fair price and they are very accommodating. Will happily use them for my next move.

Very dishonest.I got some quotes to compare, and Rumbles was pretty good, they arrived on the day and started talking about extra charges that I needed to pay. I was due to be interstate the next day, so how could I arrange an alternative?! I did pay, but they wanted the extra money in cash and didn't ever provide a receipt for it either.The quote was for 3 people to do the move in 8 hours. The 3 that arrived were pretty slow to get going and took breaks every time they thought they were out of sight. They took well over 11 hours and called in an extra guy to help. So I had to pay for extra time and extra people too.The move itself was sloppy and I've ended up with a bit of furniture that is marked and chipped. The director won't take my calls though.

They lost several boxes of our stored goods, damaged our furniture and would not even respond to emails or phone calls. The boxes they lost" contained CDs and books and were worth several hundreds of dollars.Some are irreplaceable. Never

did a mostly good job and the men were really lovely and friendly but this does not compensate for damaged items; my fridge had a big deep gouge in it,washing machine had scrates too but the worst of all that the power point for the fridge in the new place was too high for the cord and instead of just plugging it in as any sensible person would do,at one of the lower ones even though it's not where you'd normally plug it in (this could be rectified later when occupant is there and locates an extension cord),they decided to just leave a fridge full of food unplugged so by the time we got there everything was off,including some very expensive items.As I am still awaiting new furniture items so some boxes remain unpacked I assume nothing is missing from things like CD and DVD boxes; it all seems to be here but an entire fridge of wasted food is pretty hard to overlook; it would've been nice if they'd at least called and explained as someone could've rushed over and avoided that but after the first load they seemed impatient and really just wanted the job finished.

Well If You get service by these two. Your got the right pair. We love our job. Red cap is Kiwi Chris. Blue cap is Ricki. Ricki has been doing this job for 11plus years. He Tetris a whole bedroom suite into bathroom too get new carpet done. Without having too move it next door. Really Upbeat service. Any job Ricki Does with his 2 apprenticeship workers Chris n Guy. Showing them how too meet rickis standard. But Dave Showing us The ropes of making everyones move safe n secure.

Was an Hour late to start. The men were smoking and coughing and swearing left right and Centre. We left and came to our new house. Took them hours for a small job. Massive scratch on my entertainment unit. Wouldn't recommend them EVER.

I engaged Rumbles to move a lot of home contents into secure storage while we have our house repainted. Ben, Rick and Sam turn up on time in two trucks and was very efficient in loading up the truck with care. They were so good at packing the content into storage that instead of needing two storage units they pack everything into one unit, helping to save me rental. Great job. Thanks guys.
