Monsoon Blooms and Balloons

What a GREAT service this company offers. I first saw their awesome creations when a baby shower balloon was delivered to my work. The below is a 21st birthday gift filled with pin Gin, flute glasses and in the theme of the party with emerald green. What a surprise when the balloon was popped and there was confetti and pink and green feathers floating out. The company went above an beyond as the day of delivery was the 1st day of a 5 day lockdown but they still made the effort to get it to the Birthday girl even although she could celebrate as planned. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a customised and bespoke gift that is unique as Shannon & Rhondell were flexible with my suggestions and delivered more than expected. GREAT WA company!!!

What wonderful service and beautiful balloons. I’ve now used this company twice for 2 special occasions and could not of been happier.All communication was professional and prompt and the ladies were so lovely to deal with. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I ordered 2 balloons here for my daughter's special party and had a terrible experience. The lady's demeanor was borderline rude, almost annoyed at times with her dealing with us. Not a very professional job, because the name was mispelled and after telling her the comeback was Are you sure?” lol It's only my daughter's name!! After waiting outside her home to have it changed

These ladies did a fabulous job with my girls first birthday! Would highly recommend! They have someone for everyone depending on your budget. Thank you again! Will for sure being a returning client!
