First install was done perfect. Moved house had another younger guy come out. 20cm hole left in the top of my roof cable just strung thru the roof. Pulled face plate off wall and theres only 1/2 a bracket used. Very poor install. Service drops daily. Speed is ok for price tho if you dont have nbn in your area

Absolutely terrible! Customer service? What customer service? I have had no internet for 2 days and unable to speak to anyone regarding this. They have no technical team readily available to help you. The telephone numbers are a joke! The 1300 number has been disconnected & the office number is on a answer phone message. I think tgey may have gone into liquidation at this rate.When I signed up I agreed to $70 a month. They have put my monthly amount up to $88 without my consent.You would like to say you are all for supporting local businesses, but please do not bother with 'your hub'!

Constant drop outs and lag spikes on fixed wireless. In storms or bad weather would make the service unusable, sometimes for days. Quota management on their end is appalling, some days it works others it's not. Contacting support in outages is a joke. No response from help-desk voicemail, Facebook or messenger. Price changed from $99.95 / month to $122/month without consent or authorisation from me.You try and give a small local company a go, but all you get is ripped off and forgotten about. Will never recommend this company to ANYBODY.Stick with the big providers, cause this one is going under for sure!! (from what I've heard it won't be long)
