I went to get my nails done I payed a large price for the worst nails I have ever seen there was nail polish all over my hands and the nails polish was old and crusty it was very bad costumer service and the lady wouldnt sit me down for 20 minutes

Absolutely amazing work, they did exactly what I wanted and it was all done perfectly! Super happy and highly recommended!

My wife had disgusting service. The nail technician hurt her for the second time, then blamed her, then tried to make her pay $10 extra for a fix she never had...very rude and this is the treatment for someone who has been using their services for over a year....do not visit this salon!

Just had to have a second person finish my toe nails as the first was rough, messy, moving so fast that she was bumping the polish and having to re do… as a result all nails are different shades of colour… the worst pedi I’ve ever had.

This is been the place in Australia where I've gotten the best pedicure and manicure. The relationship between price and quality is good. However, I'm giving it a 4 because I believe some of the members of the staff could be a little bit more friendly.

I experienced unacceptable behaviour, snide remarks made in their home language, inferior workmanship & discriminatory service. All in all the most UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE I have ever encountered at any Nail Spa.Shame on you Pacific Fair for letting these people breach your high quality customer service standards.

Thank you for looking after my mum so well. The young lady massaged Mum’s calves which had been giving her grief. Mum is so grateful. Her nails look beautiful too. Price only $55. Excellent price.

Just had the worst looking set of dip powder nails applied at this salon. There thick, chunky, uneven and look like they need a good file down! Not a good look at all for a supposedly professional job. I asked for my 6 years Olds nails to be painted and was informed I had to pay an extra $5 because she wanted one hand painted blue and one hand painted green with silver sparkles over the top. Fine, no dramas, but the nail girl was not going to apply two coats of colour to my daughters hand as she said it wouldn't dry in time. Not sure what time limit we had as we were left waiting as they chopped and changed technician. To top it off they could not even manage a top coat over her nails. When I asked about the top coat and complained about the state of my nails, couldn't understand what I was saying and was going to have to wait until they were available again to fix. Definitely won't be wasting my money here again especially when there are plenty of other nail places around including a different one in this set of shops and over the road where the Woolworths is.
