Carrum Downs Coin Laundrette

I started coming to this laundromat a year ago because they're one of the few in the area that has the jumbo washers. Over the last 6 months, more and more washers have fallen into disrepair, and owners apparently have no intention of fixing them. Out of 12 washers, only 6 are currently working, all of them the smaller ones (both 14kg and the 18kg have been inoperable for at least 2 months) and even those have their issues including count down timers that don't work, and coin deposit slots that repeatedly reject coins multiple times then suddenly accept them. 4 of the 14 dryers are also broken- some for a number of months.While the cleaner is on top of making sure people get their money back, there shouldn't be a line of people waiting for machines because only half of them are working.If the owners spent more time putting money into their laundromat, instead of advertising cooking services, maybe they'd have a better establishment.
