I understand when we pick up we need physical ID , but the problem is I did had my bank and my all information on my phone . So when staff rejected me I understand it’s policy but they could do so much better with their attitude, instead of without even listening or check my information said no that’s just policy. “ u should read our pick up policy before u pick up ” and even you call my manager he won’t give to u . Beautiful attitude even , ppl work there really should get training before they come to work .

The worst customer support experience I have ever experienced with a man called Bruno from Bondi Junction. He was extremely rude when it came to asking why my product may not be working to which he proceeded to scoff, swear under his breath and roll his eyes that I didn't understand more about the product.Go anywhere else to fix your apple products, or better yet, get a samsung!

Staff were aggressively rude and very unhelpful. I would not recommend this Apple Store to anyone.If you are going to tell a customer they have to pay $709 due to planned obsoleteness the least you can do is be halfway decent at your job and not speak to the customer aggressively.Awful experience and wasted several hours.

Yesterday I had an appointment at Apple because my phone battery wasn't lasting at all. I had the bad luck of being assisted by a girl who didn't know anything. My battery had 92% of life and my phone wasn't even a year old. She kept telling me it was my fault because I used the phone too much. I told her it wasn't normal for the battery to drain completely in 5 hours. She insisted it was my fault for using Instagram and suggested I buy a power bank.I naturally asked to speak to the manager, who was very kind and addressed my situation. She suggested it could be a software issue, reset my phone, and today I have been using it all day for 16 hours without having to charge it. The first employee who assisted me was very arrogant and didn't help at all. She made me feel frustrated. Apple should train their employees on customer service.

Extremely poor service from assistant manager JESS, we purchased an iPhone from another Apple out let I needed assistance setting up the product however I was told by JESS that this store does not provide service unless you purchase the product from the Bondi Store ?so Apple customer purchases an Apple product goes to an official Apple out let and refused assistance. we are Apple customers for 25yrs and have never experienced this level of poor service. I strongly recommend JESS receives updated training from Apple on how to assist an Apple customers and represent the brand however, more importantly JESS needs assistance with interpersonal skills, her interaction as borderline rude and offensive. Very disappointed. I am not surprised this branch of Apple averages only 3 stars, they are obviously a very poor representative of the global brand.

Terrible experience at this store. I’m a loyal Apple customer and generally find the teams to be very helpful, but the manager at this location was very unpleasant. She refused to accept a return that was just over the return window, despite it being unopened. I understand that’s their policy, but the way she handled it was demeaning and condescending. Definitely won’t be returning

A very frustrating morning with an older female staff who tried to have her Apple Power over me! They made a mistake with my trade in deal and would not try to help customer fix the problem. She gave me a nasty look and pushing me out words at me rather than trying to fix their mistakes. I then had to see her supervisor and got it sorted. The staff in the store only tried to protect each other rather than listening to my explanations. Apple might think it is too big and no need to provide decent customer care? I have heard so many bad words about Apple’s customer service.

Got served by ‘Ryan’ today who was without a doubt the most arrogant, disinterested & all round unpleasant retail staffer I’ve ever had to deal with. Barely looked up from his laptop during interaction, but got through the relevant checks and then told me they’d replace the headphones, I said thanks, a few seconds later he told me that they couldn’tSwap the item over and he had to send it away with no explanation. Extremely annoying. If you don’t like dealing with people, I recommend you consider alternative employment.

I’ve tried twice to buy a lightning adapter here and left both times after waiting 10 minutes to just get checked out. I think they need self check out for people looking for quick service. Also, the employees are always very nice but any time I have a tech issue, the solution is to wipe my computer clean and start over. Once the computer was only a few months old! I expect more from this company.

Excellent customer service experience today in Apple Bondi Junction! Aman in particular, service was outstanding. Made my day even though my max is broken. Please promote Aman asap.
