They apparently use the end to end measurement then cut a piece 50mm to long and blame the contractor, The end to end measurement was correct and the cut was wrong, yes the contracter wrote 600 instead 660, but they didnt check the final end to end, and yet they bare no accountability surprise surprise as the consumer/client I am expected to purchase 2 more bench tops so I can have a kitchen.They weren't even willing to compromise and cut down the back piece to appropriate size and I purchase the end piece, they are just after more money

Poor service and staff that couldn’t give a toss.I understand they’re clear on their policies and fully appreciate that however, I dealt entirely via email on behalf of a customer regarding an order to SA and not once was it mentioned via email that it doesn’t get delivered to the job site, even though I was asked for the job site address to quote the delivery costs. It would have taken no time at all to advise me on this when emailing me and I could have made different arrangements as the depot is completely inconvenient and would have saved 400bucks.No one is interested and just brushed it under the carpet. Won’t even try to meet me half way. Poor service and very disappointing.

Highly recommend. Had a small issue with a product that was delivered and they provided solutions quickly. They seem great to deal with.

Fantastic experience! Got 2 sheets of Baltic birch plywood, both cut in half. No dramas whatsoever. Service was excellent, didn't need to wait long for the cuts and the price was pretty good too. Can't believe I've been going to bunnings all these years - never again! Trademaster is awesome! Thanks guys.

Lots of colours and samples to look at. There were lots of tradespeople stocking up. Prices are excellent.

Trademaster is distributor of wood panels, benchtops, hardware, laminates and bathroom stuff. The staff in the showroom are very friendly and helpful. The prices are moderate and quality is reasonable.There are not a big variety of products but if you are looking for some classic models you can surely find them.

Bernard & staff at front counter were professional & went beyond expectations with info & help. Great customer service. Problems were resolved efficiently.!!!. Can't talk highly enough.

We tasked Abdul from Trademaster with producing a built-in wardrobe with printed acrylic doors, using a high resolution photo image. Abdul has excelled at communication, customer service and at delivering the end product; Trademaster's installation team has worked their magic too, leaving the place neat and tidy. I recently ordered a custom sized benchtop for my kitchen. Harun on the service desk was extremely helpful with sizing and colour choices and kept me informed of my order's progress. It was delivered within two weeks, was well packed and the delivery guy went above and beyond to help me get it to my apartment. I chose the Nero Portoro by Duropal. Looks fantastic in my kitchen.
