Unreliable in Rockhampton. They are NOT 24 hours. We were locked out last Sunday at 9 pm, called the number and it went to message. OK, I can consider the day and time, so we left the message. Guess what, 7 days later, the person did not even bother returning our call.Unreliable, extremely poor customer service!
