terrible service. 1st appointment got canceled 45 mins before appointment time. Waited a week for the 2nd try, what would you like, phone call again 45 mins before to only canceled. only have 1 available appointment this week what I couldn't do. yes I was frustrated, I understand things happen, but twice now and both times 45mins before appointment.... looks like its a common problem. receptionist very rude

I arrived at 9:25am for my 9:30am appointment. I was greeted nicely at reception and they sent to the waiting area. At exactly 9:30am I was collected for my appointment. The procedure was handled professionally and I enjoyed the friendly conversation at the same time. It was as enjoyable as it gets.

From the receptionist, sorry didn’t get your name, to Maureen the sonographer and then Shaun, who could have caused pain but didn’t, excellent service, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend the Cooroy team. Thank you and well done.

Had first appointment at Cooroy this morning (11th May) and service was outstanding. Didn't have all the information on the form from the dentist, but they didn't say 'come back'. The reception lady found enough information on their system for me to have the X-Ray and was going to call the dentist later this morning for the other information.Very professional and efficient & plenty of parking outside which is a bonus :)

I have had several procedures performed on my ankle as well as x-rays and ultrasound. The staff have always been friendly and professional.Highly recommended.
