I was extremely disappointed with the service I received.I started at erina with a girl named Amelia who was awesome then one day I got a call from this girl and she started talking about my case. I had to stop her and ask who she was and she told me she was my new lawyer. No one bothered to tell me my lawyer had left or asked me if I was okay going to Newcastle.From then on I had emails not responded to and phone calls not returned. I rang up asking to speak to my lawyer and was told she was on maternity leave I wasn't made aware of that either. then I had no idea who was my lawyer because I had 2 different people sending me emails. The last straw was waiting almost 3 weeks for them to draft a letter that looked like it was written in 5 minutes.A family law case has to be the most important thing I've ever had to do in my life so I excepted more care then I received.
