The Pottery Studio

We had such fun at the wheel trowing class at the pottery studio!We learnt a lot and got plenty of time to practice.The instructor was very friendly and attentive.I'll go again!

I booked the beginner's wheel throwing class for date night with my husband, it was so much fun. Passionate and friendly teacher. No pressure to make anything worth keeping, all though firing of your creations is included.. 2.5 hours really good value BYO nibbles and wine on Saturday evening (and maybe other times) 100% Would do it again!

Not at all recommend if you’re a beginner. The tutor didn’t even try to teach much, just came and worked on our pots without really telling us what to do.

The pottery studio is such a beautiful, calming location where you can find stillness in your work. I loved their 4 week wheel course, as learning and mastering each step rather than rushing through in each session makes you much more comfortable and capable in your abilities.Jordyn is such a lovely teacher, always so accomodating for her students, and has a great sense of humour, you can tell she’s passionate about what she does.Had only great experiences with the studio owner, and I’ll definitely be visiting again!

Such a beautiful space to come and practice and learn in. Super welcoming community. I have done both the hand building and wheel throwing and rate both highly.

Would not recommend....please be very aware what you are paying for...we also only had a group of 10 and were charged for 14...the ad said limited to 14 which we took to mean no more than 14 so our discounted price blew out to 54.00 each and this did not include glazing which was going to be an extra 33.00...oh and it was byo wine...So consequently we didn’t go ahead with the glazing …..chose to pick up our items after firing!Well be warned!All our group items were mixed in with others and it was a nightmare to find them!Not Happy Jan!

Loved the 4 week course! Our teacher Jai is such a patient soul and we were able to produce some great work that turned out way better than you would think beginners could manage. The venue is lovely and has such a relaxing vibe. Everyone is super friendly but you can also get into your own headspace and relax while you throw your pots. Fabulous and worth every cent!

I've been to this space numerous times with both my partner and my daughter.Does not disappoint!Highly recommended, a great space to relax, unwind and learn something new ♥️
